Booking
A working session runs 20–30 minutes and costs nothing. It starts from what is already published — your benchmark, the methodology, the topic ledger — so there is no discovery theater: the discovery is on the page before the call begins.
If your benchmark arrived with a note about the Security Review Fast-Pass, the call is a working session on exactly that: which findings are content changes you can make yourself today without booking anything, which are the labor the Fast-Pass covers — the 20-topic answer set, the buyer-language writing, the measured before/after re-run — and whether the work is worth doing at all. Twenty to thirty minutes, in working form. No slides, no qualification questions, no follow-up sequence.
Fixed fee, 50/50. Paid engagements are invoiced half at booking and half on delivery of the before/after re-run — the same methodology, re-run when you publish, so the result is measured the way the problem was. The working session itself is free, and booking one commits you to nothing.
Corrections never require a call. If anything in your benchmark is out of date or wrong, say so and it is corrected and re-sent — whether or not you ever book anything.
